The ALF

The Animal Liberation Front (ALF) is not an official group that you can hook up with.
It is made up of cells of people that are vegan (or vegetarian) who chose to work together in activities which are outside of the law, in the name of Animal Liberation. The activists involved use the name Animal Liberation Front as just that; a front, which keeps their identities anonymous.
The three main types of ‘illegal’ activities which the ALF are involved in are; economic sabotage (or property damage), liberations (rescuing animals from places of abuse) and obtaining video footage, photographs and inside information from places where animals are being abused, which they then pass onto above-ground groups to expose to the public.
The ALF does not condone physical harm to humans or animals.
Auckland Animal Action is in full support of the ALF.
